About Us
About Us
Community Hands Organization (CHO) was created to make a difference in the lives of underprivileged communities in Sierra Leone, West Africa.
As a registered non-profit (501(c)3) organization in the United States, we strive to work with individuals, small and large corporations to procure donations that will help us achieve our goals. We have several large projects from providing nutrition, medical assistance, housing, school supplies, etc. for orphans and the less privileged in Sierra Leone.
CHO is also involved in empowering youths and young adults that have a passion and would like to become entrepreneurs. These youths and young adults include graduates from orphanages with skills such as sewing, designing, farming, etc. Graduates form orphanages are mostly overlooked after they complete high school.
CHO understands the need to follow through with this demographic to enhance their future and contribute to their economy. CHO will partner with like minded groups to extend our reach to many in need.
Best of all, your donations are Tax Deductible.

My career spans over 25 years of financial/project accounting experience, and 15 years of labor & contract compliance management.
I am a small business owner, a committed team player, with professionalism, management & leadership skills. I am also a Non-Fiction Author of ‘The Screen Saver’. I am a proud mother of two beautiful girls (young adults), a civil engineer and an undergrad continuing her education in the medical field.
Outside my profession, my passion for giving back and especially for girls/women empowerment is my way of contributing and making a difference. I have had the privilege of serving and giving to underprivileged kids in Sierra Leone for many years.
This experience increased my passion for charity work. I am thrilled to be part of a dedicated team at Community Hands Organization, who work relentlessly to make a difference and improve the quality of life for communities around Sierra Leone.

I have always been involved in organizations and projects that supported Sierra Leone for many years. In 2019, I decided I wanted to support young girls in Sierra Leone after hearing so many stories of rape and child abuse on social media. As a mother of a young girl, my heart ached for these young innocent children. My dilemma was trying to connect with the right organization that was trustworthy and where my community service skills would best be utilized. My passion for charity work led me to be a pioneer for several organizations including Save The Young Girls Foundation and Impact Sierra Leone, engaging and empowering young girls, boys, farmers, and mothers. I am also a Global Goodwill Ambassador.

My name is Keemia Savage and I am the secretary for the Community Hands Organization. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and I am currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Nursing, with a specialty in Pediatrics. I have always given back to my community ever since I was in high school, and continue to do so whenever I can. Throughout the years, I have volunteered at hospitals, schools, organized food drives, and also raised money towards families in need during the Holiday seasons. I look forward to using my skills to help in Sierra Leone and I look forward to visiting the children at the orphanage very soon!
